摘    要:目的:观察电磁脉冲(EMP)照射后大鼠视交叉上核(SCN)与松果体(PG)中Fos蛋白表达情况,探讨EMP对大鼠尽夜节律的影响及其机制。方法采用SABC免疫组织化学染色法对EMP照射后大鼠SCN与PG中Fos阳性神经元的变化进行检测。结果光照早期照射组,大鼠SCN与PG组织中Fos阳性细胞率及染色灰度值对照组相比无明显差异(P。〉0.。05);黑暗早期照射组SCN的Fos阳性细胞率比对照组增高,染

Abstract:AIM To observe the involvement of Fos protein in the changes of circadian rhythm regulation of rats caused byexposure to electromagnetic pulse (EMP) and investigate the distribution of Fos protein expression in hypothalamic suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) and pineal gland(GP) of rats following exposure to EMP. METHODS SABC immunohistochemical staining was employed to determine the distribution of Fos protein. RESULTS\ The positive rate of cells and the gray grade values in the middle dark phase group were significantly different from the control groups respectively, whereas those in the middle light phase groups were not. CONCLUSION\ These data confirm that EMP exposure does have some effects on the changes of Fos protein in SCN and PG of rats. These data can also prove the influence of EMP on circadian rhythm and may help explain the mechanism of the influence.
