摘    要:用小鼠56只,以36.4GHz,功率密度为1mw/cm~2的毫米波作局部照射,观察其对皮肤、骨髓、肝、脾等组织的影响:发现在15~30min/d,连续5d照射后,对照射部位皮肤影响不大,而对远距之肝及骨髓影响明显。如肝中糖原储集增加;骨髓中巨核细胞变化明显,即小剂量时分裂增加,而随剂量加大巨核细胞出现核固缩等,其变化同照射剂量呈线性关系。

Abstract:The literature about effects of millimeter microwave radiation was less, especially in our country. Fifty-six mice were irradiated by millimeter microwave at a freguency of 36.4 GHz, and a power density of 1mw/cm2 15-30 minutes daily for 5 days, and histological changes of the skin, liver, spleen and bone marrow were examined. It was revealed that, the irradiation had little influence on the skin, but more severe changes were ound in the liver and the bone marrow. The glycogen deposits in the liver were increased, and pyknosis of nuclei of megakaryocytes in the bone marrow was frequently observed. The severeness of those changes was linear with the cumulative dose of irradiation.
