摘    要:目的 研究不同时间的睡眠剥夺(SD)及部分睡眠剥夺(PSD)对大鼠行为和学习的影响。方法 采用小平台水环境对照,SD组有12,24,48,72,96h及PSD,每组例数为6只,CC组为5只,测量SD后动物学会Y型迷宫的总次数、时间。后体质量的变化。结果 TC组学习成绩、正确反应率优于其他各组,24h和48hSD组学习成绩 于CC,其他各组学习成绩不如CC,随SD时间的延长,正确反应率下降,同CC和

Abstract:AIM To investigate effects of sleep deprivation and partial sleep deprivation on Sprague Dawley rats' behavior and learning. METHODS Sleep deprivation (SD) was induced in male Sprague Dawlay rats by housing them on small platforms over water. Controls were housed either in normal cages (CC) or in tanks with large platforms(TC). After sleep deprivation for different lengths of time or partial SD, both experimental and control groups were weighed, and then learned Y maze and received open field test. RESULTS Weight loss in SD and PSD groups occurred 96 hours later.Compared with CC and TC groups, SD groups increased in excitability and sensitivity. SD 24 h and SD 48 h groups rose more obviously. Learning scores and right reflex percentages of TC group were higher than those of other groups. Learning scores of SD 24 h and SD 48 h groups were better than those of CC group. With SD prolonged, right reflex percentage dropped. CONCLUSION S SD can not only cause rats' weight loss, but increase their behavior excitability and sensitivity as well. After a period of time, both behavior excitability and learning score may decline.
