| 摘 要： | 目的 :体外观察植物蛋白MAP30 (Momordicaanti HIVproteinof 30ku)、α 干扰素 (α IFN)、无环鸟苷 (ACV)及叠氮胸苷 (AZT)的抗HBV作用 .方法 :以HepG2 .2 .15细胞为靶细胞 ,实验共进行 9d .采用ELISA法及荧光定量PCR法 ,测定药物对细胞培养上清HBsAg ,HBeAg及细胞内外HBVDNA的抑制作用 .结果 :MAP30具有明显抗HBV的作用 ,其抑制HBsAg,HBeAg及细胞内外HBVDNA的 5 0 %抑制浓度 (IC50 )分别为 0 .8,0 .6 ,0 .6及 0 .5 μmol·L-1,治疗指数 (TI) >4～ 7.α IFN也有抑制HBV的作用 ,但抑制作用较弱 ,而ACV及AZT对HBV无抑制作用 .结论 :抗HIV植物蛋白MAP30具有体外抑制HBV的作用
