摘    要:目的:探讨茶及茶加锌对小鼠的耐缺氧和脂质过氧化的影响。方法:小鼠100只随机分为8组,(1)灌胃自来水组,(2)灌茶水组,(3)灌锌水组,(4)灌茶加锌水组。(5 ̄8)且与(1 ̄4)同样处理,15d后测小鼠的游泳时间、耐缺氧时间及血清、肝脏的脂质过氧化指标。结果:锌和茶加锌组小鼠的游泳时间分别为(41±31)min,(46±31)min,明显高于灌胃自来水组(26±21)min,P〈0.01),茶

Abstract:AIM: To study the effects of tea and tea fortified with zinc on anoxia endurance and lipid peroxidation. METHODS: One hundred mice were randomized into 8 groups. Group 1 and 5 were treated with tap water, group 2 and 6 with tea, group 3 and 7 with zinc and group 4 and 8 with tea fortified with zinc. Swimming time, anoxia endurance time and the lipid peroxidation levels in serum and liver were measured 15 days later. RESULTS: The swimming time of zinc group and tea fortified with zinc group was (4131) min and (4631) min respectively, which was significantly longer than that of the tap water group P<0.01]. The anoxia endurance of the tea group, zinc group and tea fortified with zinc group was (233) min, (253) min and (273) min respectively. They were also significantly longer than that of the tap water group, (202) min, P<0.05 or P<0.01. There was no marked difference of MDA and SOD levels in the liver in the 4 groups. The MDA levels in the heart in tea and zinc groups decreased significantly than those of the tap water group mol/g, P<0.01]. CONCLUSION: Tea and tea fortified with zinc can enhance the anoxia endurance and improve the antiperoxide function.
