CGF-1型光固化复合体的研制

摘    要:目的 研制一种新型复合体 ,测定 CGF- 1,Dyract,Elan复合体和 Fuji II玻璃离子的物理机械性能 .方法 按照有关的试验方法检测这些材料的径向拉伸强度 (DTS)、挠曲强度 (FS)、压缩强度 (CS )、表面硬度 (Hv)、固化深度 (CD)、磨耗率 (R)、吸水值 (Wsp)和水溶解值 (Wsl) .结果  CGF- 1的 CD值最高 ,R值最低 (P<0 .0 1) ;DTS,FS,Hv,CS低于Dyract和 Elan(P<0 .0 5 ) ;Fuji II玻璃离子的 Wsp值大大高于所有复合体 (P<0 .0 1) ;CGF- 1和 Elan的 Wsl值有明显差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,CGF- 1的 Wsl值最低 .结论  CGF- 1型复合体具有较高的固化深度、优异的耐磨性和中等机械强度 ,是一种特别适合用于非咬合应力区域的新型充填修复材料

Abstract:AIM To develop a new compomer and to measure the physico mechanical properties of CGF 1, Dyract, Elan compomers and Fuji II glass ionomer cement. METHODS Diametral tensile strength (DTS), flexural strength (FS), compressive strength (CS), surface hardness (Hv), cured depth (CD), wear rate (R), value of water sorption (Wsp) and water solution (Wsl) were measured in accordance with relevant test methods. RESULTS CD value for CGF 1 type compomer was significantly higher ( P < 0.01 ), R was significantly lower ( P <0.01), the DTS, FS, HV, CS were lower ( P <0.05) than that for Dyract and Elan. The Wsp value for Fuji II was significantly higher than that for all compomers ( P <0.01). The Wsl data displayed a significant difference between CGF 1 and Elan ( P <0.01). Wsl value for CGF 1 was the lowest. CONCLUSION CGF 1 type compomer has a higher cured depth, excellent wear resistance and moderate mechanical strength. It is a reliable restorative material in non stress bearing areas.
