军队医学院校853名学生心理健康调查分析

目的: 了解军医大学本科生的心理健康状况及发现可能存在的心理问题. 方法: 采用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)对853名军医大学本科生进行调查. 结果: SCL-90调查结果显示,853名本科生中有心理问题的共59人,除人际关系敏感和恐怖外,各因子分均明显高于全国青年组常模(P<0.01),其中表现突出的是强迫、抑郁、焦虑及精神病性四项因素. 对焦虑及抑郁者进行SCL-90和SDS,SAS的相关性检验,显示呈正相关性,表明SAS和SDS可作为评估心理问题的有效的快速筛查工具. 结论: 军校医学生心理健康状况良好,但应针对强迫、抑郁、焦虑及精神病性四项因素的问题对个别学生进行心理辅导和咨询指导,避免心身疾病的发生.

An analysis of mental health status of 853 students in military medical university

AIM: To evaluate the mental health status of military medical students and to find out the possible psychological problems. METHODS: Eight hundred and fifty-three students of a military medical university were given psychological test by the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS). RESULTS: Fifty-nine students were found to have some possible psychological problems. Compared with SCL-90 norm of youth group, the medical students tested had higher scores (P<0.01) in all factors except Interpersonal Sensitivity and Phobic Anxiety. High scores were found especially Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Depression, Anxiety and Psychoticism. There was a positive correlation between anxiety factors of SCL-90 and the scores of SAS and between the depression factors of SCL-90 and the scores of SDS, indicating that SAS and SDS could be used as fast useful screening tools to evaluate psychological problems. CONCLUSION: Military medical students on the whole have very good mental healthy status, but some students still need more psychological guidance and consultation in the factors of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Depression, Anxiety and Psychoticism.
