大鼠心脏中神经肽Y的Y1受体样免疫反应物质的定位

摘    要:目的 为在细胞水平精确地确定神经肽Y(NPY)的Y1受体样免疫反应物质(-LI)在大鼠心脏中的分布。方法 用免疫组织化学方法对Y1受体-LI细胞进行了检测。结果 (1)一些心肌细胞含有Y1受体-LI,可见清晰的Y1受体免疫反应性(-Ir)条纹,此类细胞在心脏呈斑点状分布,接近外膜侧和室间隔的内膜侧分布较多,Y1受体-LI主要分布于心肌细胞膜、横小管膜和小泡上;(2)心脏内有Y1受体=LI的心内神经元,此类细胞有较长的突起呈离散分布,与Y1受体-LI心肌细胞或血管相邻,Y1受-LI神经元的外膜和胞质内有较强的Y1受体-LI,尤以其突起明显。结论 NPY对心脏作用的复杂性可能与Y1受体在心脏中多种细胞的广泛分布有关。

Abstract:AIM To accurately localize neuropeptide Y (NPY) Y 1 receptor ( R) like immunoreactivity ( LI) in rat hearts. METHODS Y 1 R immunoreactive ( Ir) cells were examined with immunohistochemistry. RESULTS Y 1 R LI was observed in some cardiomyocytes of rat hearts with a stripe like pattern in the cells. These cells were scattered in the heart, especially near the outer membrane of the heart and the inner membrane of interventricular septum. Y 1 R LI was mainly distributed over the plasmalemma of the cell and T tube, and small vesicles. On the other hand, there were dispersed Y 1 R Ir intrinsic neurons with long processes in the heart, sometimes close to myocardial cells or blood vessels. High level of Y 1 R LI was observed near the plasmalemma and the cytoplasm of neurons, especially in their processes. CONCLUSION The complicated effects of NPY on the heart may be related to the extensive distribution of Y 1 receptor in varied cells of the heart.
