| 摘 要： | 2011年9月7日出版的《美国医学会杂志》（JAMA）上刊载了一篇关于医学生的无意识内隐种族偏见、内隐社会阶层偏见二者和临床医疗决策关系的研究，题为“医学生无意识内隐种族偏见、内隐社会阶层偏见和基于情景的临床评估的关系”。我们对该文进行仔细的研读后，就文中的研究设计等提出了自己的见解。我们撰写了Letter并投到《JAMA》编辑部，得到编辑的认可并发表。

| Abstract: | A recent article entitled ＂Association of unconscious race and social class bias with vignette-based clinical assessments by medical students＂ was published in ＂JAMA＂ on September 7, 2011. We read it intensively and raised our opinions regarding the study design. The letter we wrote and submitted to the ＂JAMA＂ was accepted and published in ＂JAMA＂ on December 14, 2011. |
