摘    要:目的:探讨中药五灵胶囊和五灵丸的主要有效成分五味子乙素体内代谢过程。方法采用高效液相色谱法,测定五味子乙烯在家兔体内 度,并观察其时变化过程,以3P87软件计算药物动力学参数。结果五灵胶囊中五味子乙素的分布半衰期、肖除半衰期分别为1.23h和4.80h,达峰时间在3.08h经时曲线下面积为28.14mg.h^-1.L,两种剂的主要药物动力学参数经比较无显著差别,五灵胶囊的相对生物利用度为97.5%%,结论两种剂型为生物等效制剂。

Abstract:AIM To study the pharmacokinetics and relative bioav ailability of Wul ing capsule. METHODS schisandrin B concentrations in plasma were determined by HPLC method following a single oral dose of Wuling capsule and Wuling pill respectively given to 8 rabbits. The parameters of pharmacokinetics were calcu lated with 3P87 pharmacokinetics program. RESULTS Concentr ation -time c urves of Wuling capsule and Wuling pill conformed to an one compartment op en model. The t1/2ka, t1/2ke, tpeak and AUC of Wuling capsule were 1.23 h, 4.80 h, 3.08 h and 28.14 mg*h-1*L-1, respectively. There was no sign ific ant difference between the pharmacokinetic parameters of Wuling capsule and Wuling pill. The relative bioavailability of Wuling capsule was 97.55%. CONCLUSION Two formulations are bioequivalent.
