自研复方止血消炎软膏促进痔疮术后恢复疗效及安全性观察

目的:观察自主研发的复方止血消炎软膏促进痔疮术后恢复的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取本院痔疮术后疼痛、创面水肿、出血患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。两组均予术后常规护理。观察组外用复方止血消炎软膏,1次/d,连用10 d;对照组外用马应龙麝香痔疮膏,1次/d,连用10 d。观察和比较两组患者治疗后的疼痛指数、局部创面水肿程度、出血情况、创面愈合时间及药物不良反应情况等。结果:治疗结束后,两组间疼痛指数、局部创面水肿程度、出血情况、创面愈合时间及药物不良反应情况等比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自研复方止血消炎软膏不仅能有效降低痔疮术后疼痛指数、出血、局部创面水肿程度,还能有效控制术后炎症反应,且无明显药物不良反应,缩短了痔疮术后创面愈合时间,减轻了患者痔疮术后的痛苦。

Efficacy and Safety of Self-developed Compound Zhixue Xiaoyan Ointment in Promoting Postoperative Recovery of Hemorrhoids

Objective:Toobserve the clinical efficacy of Self-developed Compound Zhixue Xiaoyan Ointmentin the observation of postoperative recovery of hemorrhoids.Methods:100 patients with pain,edema and bleeding after hemorrhoid operation were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).Both groups were given routine postoperative care.The observation group was treated with Self-developed Compound Zhixue Xiaoyan Ointment once a day for 10 days,while the control group was treated with Mayinglong Musk hemorrhoid ointment once a day for 10 days.The pain index,local wound edema,bleeding,wound healing time and adverse drug reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,there were significant differences in pain index,local wound edema,bleeding,wound healing time and adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-developed Compound Zhixue Xiaoyan Ointment is effective in the observation of postoperative hemorrhoids,which can not only effectively reduce the postoperative pain index,hematochezia and local wound edema,but also effectively control the postoperative inflammatory reaction of patients with hemorrhoids.and there are no obvious adverse drug reactions,which shorten the wound healing time of patients with hemorrhoids and reduce the pain of patients after hemorrhoids operation.
