中医经典理论防治新型冠状病毒肺炎概述

新型冠状病毒肺炎在中医中属疫病范畴.基于此次疫情,笔者试查找与中医防治新冠肺炎有关的文献,整理其涵盖的经典理论,结合现代医家对这些理论的发挥,分别从五个方面进行论述.本文所涉及的理论有注重"未病先防"的治未病理论、从"动态整体"出发的三因制宜理论、重视"有病无症"期的伏气温病理论、以"祛邪"为第一要义的《温疫论》理论、基于"三焦"论治湿温的《温病条辨》理论、强调"抓病机,随证治之"的《伤寒论》理论以及论"病皆由中气不足"的《内外伤辨惑论》理论.

A Review of Classic Theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Preventing and TreatingCorona Virus Disease-2019

Corona virus disease-2019(COVID-19)belongs to the category of plague of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the epidemic situation of COVID-19,we have summarized the classical Chinese medicine theories in guiding the understanding,prevention or treatment of COVID-19 by searching the understanding and application of doctors.The theories include:the theory of"preventive treatment of disease"focused on"improving the prognosis of the disease",the theory of"the three categories of etiological factors"based on"dynamic and holistic view",the theory of"febrile diseases due to latent Qi"valued asymptomatic cases,the theory of"Treatise on Warm Pestilence"supposed to put dispelling pathogenic factors in the first place,the theory of"Treatise on differentiation and treatment of epidemic febrile disease"treating damp-warm disease by three-Jiao syndrome differentiation,the theory of"Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases"emphasized to grasp the pathogenesis of diseases and treat it with the evidences and the theory of"Clarifying Doubts about Damage from Internal and External Causes"proposed the disease is caused by the insufficiency of Zhong qi.
