慢性肾功能衰竭中医辨证的客观化研究探讨

规范化研究是中医学发展的必然趋势。慢性肾功能衰竭是临床常见病、极重病,是中医药辨治的优势病种之一。然而,由于中医四诊的宏观化、中医辨证分型的多样化,影响和限制了中医药在该病中的客观发展。当前,随着科技的进步,多学科交叉及在医学中的广泛运用,如中西医结合、中医定性与西医定量、中医宏观辨证与西医微观理化检测相结合,使得慢性肾衰的中医辨证的客观化成为可能。

Objective Study on the Syndrome Differentiation of Chronic Renal Failure in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Standardized research is an inevitable trend in the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Chronic renal failure(CRF)is a common clinical disease and extremely serious disease,and also is one of the dominant diseases in the differentiation and treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine.However,because of the macroscopicization of the four clinics of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the diversification of syndrome differentiation,it has affected and restricted the objective development of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the disease of CRF.At present,with the advancement of science and technology,multidisciplinary and extensive use in medicine,such as the combination of Chinese and Western medicine,the combination of traditional Chinese Medicine qualitative and Western Medicine quantitative,the macroscopic syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the microscopic physical and chemical detection of Western Medicine,make it possible of the objective of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation of CRF.
