正常高值血压患者高敏C反应蛋白与尿微量清蛋白的相关性

目的观察正常高值血压患者血清高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与尿微量清蛋白（ALB）的水平，分析两者之间的相关性。方法选择正常高值血压患者110例，对照组为同期体检健康者87例，用ELISA 法分别测定血清hs-CRP、ALB；空腹血糖（FBG）、三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL）、体重指数（BMI）。结果正常高值血压组血清hs-CRP、ALB水平显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）；且存在性别差异，男性显著高于女性（P〈0.05）。hs-CRP 与ALB呈正相关（P〈001，r=047），TC、TG、BMI、FBG 、LDL均与二者呈正相关（P〈0.05）。结论正常高值血压患者血清hs-CRP、ALB水平明显升高, 提示机体已存在炎症反应。TC、TG、BMI、FBG 、LDL均是炎症反应的相关因素，雌激素可能对女性心血管系统有保护作用。

Association of High Sensitivity C-reaction Protein and Albuminuria with Prehypertension
