兔眼结膜上皮细胞体外培养

目的 探讨体外分离培养结膜上皮细胞的方法。方法 兔眼结膜上皮组织，用组织块培养法，分别种植于培养皿及处理过的羊膜上，培养2周，观察结膜上皮细胞的生长特性。结果 接种在培养皿的结膜上皮8天左右组织块之间可融合成膜状，细胞为单层上皮细胞。接种在羊膜上的结膜组织，生长较快，6天左右组织块之间可互相连接，融合成膜状，细胞为复层上皮细胞。免疫组化鉴定，结膜上皮细胞CK13染色阳性。结论 组织块培养法是结膜上皮细胞培养的较好方法，种植在羊膜上可获得复层上皮细胞。

The Culture of Rabbit Conjunctival Epithelium in Vitro

Objective To study the culture method of conjunctival epithelium in vitro. Methods The rabbit conjunctival epithelium was cultured by tissue inoculation and was explanted in culture dish or on human amnionic membrane for fwo weeks. The cell morphology and growlh fealures were observed.Results The rabbit conjunctival epithelum explanted in culture dish counected cach other into mentbrune at eighth days around,which were monolayer cells was obseved,The rabbit coajuncitval epitelion explanted on human amuionic membrane connected each ,pthcr into membrane at sixth day. and multi - lawyer cells were ibserved,All caltured cekk sgiwed oisutuve in CK13 staining by indirect immnoflourscence staining,Conclusions Tissue inoculation is a gogd appach of conjunctival cpithclium cullure, arid multi - luyer cell can be gained if the tissue be exlpanted on human amnionic membrane.
