恶性黑色素瘤86例临床病理分析

目的 探讨恶性黑色素瘤的临床病理特征.方法 分析86例恶性黑色素瘤的临床病理资料.结果 86例中49例原发灶在四肢(其中足底、足跟部26例);49例有黑痣史,36例有外伤史;术前诊断溃疡癌变30例,诊断为其他病变51例,只有5例诊断为恶性黑色素瘤;组织学类型中上皮样细胞型43例,占50%;病理诊断时发现淋巴结转移者61例,占70.9%.结论 恶性黑色素瘤多发生于四肢,尤以足底、足跟部多见.临床易误诊,术前易转移.确诊依赖病理检查.
