| 摘 要： | 目的 通过检测妊娠期高血压疾病(hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy)病人血睾酮(testosterone,T)水平的变化,探讨睾酮与妊娠期高血压疾病发病的关系.方法 采用化学发光法测定妊娠期高血压组21例,子痫前期轻度组20例,子痫前期重度组22例,正常孕妇23例的血T水平变化.结果 妊娠期高血压、子痫前期轻度、子痫前期重度三组孕妇的睾酮水平明显比对照组升高(P<0.05).结论 睾酮与妊娠期高血压疾病的严重程度有关,可能在妊娠期高血压疾病的发生和发展过程起重要作用.
