| 摘 要： | 目的观察银杏叶提取物(GbE)对肝组织Smad2/3表达的影响,探讨GbE抗肝纤维化的作用机制。方法采用CCl4诱导大鼠肝纤维化,同时分别以200、100、50mg/(kg.d)的GbE进行干预,并设复方鳖甲软肝片为对照组,6周后取肝组织,原位杂交及免疫组化技术分别检测肝组织Smad2/3mRNA及蛋白的表达。结果模型组大鼠肝组织Smad2/3mRNA及蛋白的表达正常组明显增高,应用不同剂量的GbE及复方鳖甲软肝片干预后肝组织Smad2/3mRNA及蛋白较模型组显著下降。结论 GbE降低Smad2/3mRNA及蛋白表达可能是其抗肝纤维化作用的重要机制之一。
