| 摘 要： | 目的探讨选择性子宫动脉栓塞联合宫腔镜在子宫切口妊娠的诊治价值。方法对36例子宫切口妊娠患者选择性子宫动脉造影栓塞后，然后在B超监护下经宫腔镜进行诊断定位后吸取或镜下直接钳取残留胚物等治疗。结果36例均治愈。结论宫腔镜具有直接、准确、微创的特点,选择性子宫动脉栓塞后清宫减少子宫大出血和子宫全切的概率。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effect of incision gestation by uterine artery embolism combined with hysteroscopes.Methods36 patients underwent ultraselective uterina arterial embolism, then imbibition or clamp residual embryo with hysteroscopes under guardianship by B-mode ultrasonic. ResultsAll patients were cured. ConclusionThe hysteroscope has characteristic of direct,accurate and ninute.Ultraselective uterina arterial embolism could decrease the probability of uterus hemorrhea and whole incision. |
