摘    要:目的研究纳米粒子作为基因载体的可能性。方法采用高速搅拌溶剂挥发法制备载反义MCP-1的纳米粒子,观察其粒径,表面形态,含药量,包埋效率,体外释放,应用于血管再狭窄动物模型的效果。结果载反义MCP-1纳米粒子可有效抑制动物模型血管内膜增生程度。结论 PLGA纳米粒子可作为基因载体。

Abstract:Objective To Study the feasibilty of gene - loaded nanoparticles. Methods Polylactic acid copolymer ( PLGA) nanoparticles containing anti - MCP - 1 were formulated with oil - in water high speed beat emulsion/solvent evaporation technique. Experiments were conducted to characterize the properties of the nanoparticles, the in vitro release of gene - nanoparticles, and the effection of anti - MCP - 1 loaded nanoparticles.Results Anti - MCP - 1 gene nanoparticles were proved to be efficient in restraining the hyperplasia of intima of blood vessel when infused direcdy to the bollon injured vein.Conclusion PLGA nanoparticles can be use as gene delivery.
