巨噬细胞膜变形性与细胞骨架微丝关系的研究

摘    要:以巨噬细胞的圆形因子和面积作为细胞膜变形性指标,研究细胞膜变形性与膜下微丝的关系。结果表明,ConA能使细胞膜变形性增大,同时加入细胞松弛素B则膜变形性下降。本实验将图像分析技术和多元统计软件包结合,为定量研究活细胞行为的一个成功尝试。

Abstract:Image Analysis and Multivariate Analysis were used to study the deformability of macrophagemembranes before and after ConA combined with membrane receptors. In addition, we also studiedthe membrane deformability when F-actin was destroyed by cytochalasin B. It was found that the me-mbrane deformability increased after ConA binding. However, adding both ConA and cytochalasin Bcould decrease the deformability. In our experiment, Image Analysis was successfully used to study thebehavior of living cells quantitatively.
