| 摘 要： | 目的；探讨前列腺素E1对链尿佐菌素诱导的1型糖尿病大鼠肾组织肝细胞生长因子（HGF）的调节。方法：将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病模型组和前列腺素E1（PGE1）治疗组。于模型成功后第7、14、28天分别取各组5只大鼠，检测肾功能和组织病理改变，用免疫组化法检测肾小球和肾小管－间质中HGF的表达，并用ELISA法比较各组肾组织分泌的HGF。结果：PGE1治疗7、14、28天，治疗组HGF的表达及分泌均较糖尿病模型组增高，并于第14天达高峰。结论：PGE1可以上调1型糖尿病大鼠肾组织HGF的分泌，加强HGF的肾保护作用，延缓糖尿病肾病的进展。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of prostaglandin E 1 on renal expression of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in type I diabetic rats.Methods Male Wistar rats were divided into three groups: normal control group (C), streptozozin induced diabetic group (D) and PGE 1 treated group (DP). The renal function and histopathological changes were evaluated at the 7th, 14th and 28th day. Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of HGF in renal tissue. The excretion of renal HGF was compared by ELISA among the groups. Results At the 7th, 14th and 28th day, the expression and excretion of renal HGF in group DP were significantly higher than in group C ( P < 0.05 ). The expression and excretion reached peak at 14th day.Conclusion PGE 1 can up regulate the renal HGF expression, strengthen its renotrophic function and retard the development of diabetic nephropathy. |
