| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨海风藤提取物在老龄大鼠局灶脑缺血后可能的脑保护作用。方法 建立光化学导的老龄大鼠避灶性脑缺血模型，利用ＴＴＣ染色、ＨＥ染色原位末端标记第风藤提取物地缺血灶大小、血脑屏障、缺血灶周围坏死细胞、凋亡细胞的影响，结果 海风藤提取物可显著减轻局灶性脑缺血后血脑屏障的破坏，减少缺血灶周围坏死细胞、凋亡细胞数量，并具有减少梗死灶直径的趋势。结论海风藤具有抵御缺血后脑屏障破坏，减少缺血灶周围神经细胞坏

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the protective effect of Piper kadsura Ohwi on the focal cerebral ischemia in aged rats.Methods The model of focal cerebral ischemia induced by photochemistry in aged rat was established.By using TTC staining,HE staining and TUNEL techniques,the effects of Piper kadsura Ohwi on the size of ischemic focus,blood brain barrier,necrosis and apoptosis in perifocal area were observed.Results The destruction of blood brain barrier was relieved and the number of necrotic,apoptotic cells were reduced significantly in penumbra area after injection of Piper kadsura Ohwi in focal cerebral ischemia.Conclusion Piper kadsura Ohwi may play protective effects by reducing necrosis and delayed neuronal cell death after focal cerebral ischemia in aged rats. |
