| 摘 要： | 为探讨宫颈电环切除术在宫颈疾患诊断和治疗中的作用，在阴道镜下作宫颈电环切除术共３４例，其中宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤样病变５例，宫颈子宫内膜民间异位症２例，宫颈湿疣３例，息肉１０例，阴道镜下定位活检１４例，术后１个随访所有病例阴道镜下未见异常图像，鳞－柱交界区完整可见。

| Abstract: | To investigate the role of cervical loop electrosurgical excision for the treatment and diagnosis of cervical disease. Cervical loop electrosurgical excision was performed on 34 cases under colposcopy. Among them,5 were diagnosed having cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN),2 cervical endometriosis, 3 cervical condyloma.10 polyp and 14 pases for colposcopical biopsy. One month after the operation,colposcopy showed no abnormalities in all cases. And sequamocolumnar junction was fully visible in all cases. No complications occurred such as delayed bleeding,infection and stenosis of the external os. The removed tissue was enough for pathological diagnosis. Dysplasia change at the edge of excision was not found. |
