| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用实时三维超声表面成像技术在胎儿唇腭裂诊断中的临床应用价值。方法65例20~40周胎儿常规二维超声检查怀疑唇裂后应用IU22三维容积探头进行三维超声检查，三维超声重建图像与二维超声图像对比，确定是否可以获得更多的诊断信息。结果65例中应用实时三维超声清晰显示胎儿唇部58例，检查出9例唇裂胎儿，均产后证实。三维显示率为89％（58／65），诊断唇裂准确率100％。结论实时三维超声重建中图像逼真直观，可以更客观地显示胎儿面部结构，对胎儿唇裂能提供较二维超声更丰富的信息。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of real 3-dimensional ultrasonographic imaging in the diagnosis of fetal lip-cleft. Methods Sixty-five fetuses of 20-40 week gestational age suspected of lip-cleft under routine 2-dimensional ultrasonography were subjected to 3-dimensional ultrasonography,and the imagings were compared. Results Of the 65 fetuses,fetal lips in 58 cases were shown by 3-dimensional ultrasonography (58%),and 9 cases of lip-cleft (lip-palate) were detected (100%),which were approved after delivery... |
