| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的安全性及可行性。方法回顾性分析我院86例剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的临床资料，并与86例单纯剖宫产无合并子宫肌瘤产妇的临床资料作比较。结果研究组与对照组术中出血量、手术时间、术后24h阴道出血量、术后住院时间及恶露干净时间比较，除手术操作时间延长、差异有显著性（P〈0．05）外，其余各项指标均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。产后42d复诊，剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者，子宫大小均恢复正常。结论选择合适的病例，剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of myomectomy during cesarean section. Methods The clinical data of 86 cases (study group) receiving myomectomy during cesarean section were retrospectively analyzed and compared with those of 86 cases of normal cesarean section.
