| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨专业随访门诊对冠心病(CHD)患者调脂治疗的意义。方法:选择冠造证实为CHD的住院患者132例,由专业随访门诊专人负责随访,对患者血脂、血压、体重及吸烟情况进行评估、监测、治疗。结果:随访6个月后,各项评估指标与住院时的基线水平比较,总胆固醇、低密度胆固醇、甘油三酯、血压(收缩压、舒张压)、体重指数均下降;高密度胆固醇明显上升;吸烟人数显著下降。结论:专业随访门诊为CHD患者提供了规范治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the evaluation of lowering cholesterol therapy in patients with CHD in the special clinic.Meth- ods:We selected the patients(132 cases)with CHD validated by coronary angiographic in our hospital.Evaluating,monitoring,treat- ing the blood lipeprotein,blood pressure,body mass index and smoking.Follow-up were done by the persons who were especially assigned in the specialclinic.Results:After six months follow-up,compared with the baseline,total cholesterol,low-densitylipopro- tein cholesterol,triglyceride,blood pressure(systolic pressure,diastolic pressure),body mass index were reduced.High density lipopro- tein cholesterol was raised after six months.Frequency of the smoking was significantly reduced.Conclusion:Special follow-up clin- ic provide the standard therapy for the patients with CHD. |
