| 摘 要： | 目的：采用血液稀释、抗凝、高压充氧的方法治疗一氧化碳（CO）中毒的临床效果。方法：对115例CO中毒患者采用血液稀释、抗凝、辐射、高压充氧治疗的临床效果进行分析。结果：对急性C0中毒（ACOP）90例，痊愈86例，显效4例，无一例死亡，且无一例迟发性脑病发生。对迟发性脑病（25例）显效16例，有效7例，无效2例。结论：血液稀释、抗凝、辐射、高压充氧治疗ACOP及迟发性闹病患者清醒快，治愈率高，无并发症，无死亡病例。
