复方甘草酸苷与苦参素联合治疗酒精性肝硬化的效果观察

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷与苦参素联合治疗酒精性肝硬化的疗效,为临床治疗方案的选择提供参考。方法:选择我院收治的酒精性肝硬化患者78例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各39例。全部患者给予口服复方甘草酸苷片,观察组患者在此基础上加服苦参素片,以30d为一个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,观察治疗前后两组患者肝功能各指标的变化,并比较治疗期间两组患者不良反应的差异。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者肝功能各指标均有不同程度的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用复方甘草酸苷与苦参素联合治疗酒精性肝硬化临床疗效较满意,不良反应较轻微。

Compound Glycyrrhizin Oxymatrine Joint Observation of the effect of the treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis

Objective:Of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with oxymatrine in the treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis curative effect for clinical treatment plan,provides the reference for the selection of.Methods:In our hospital were in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis 78 cases,in accordance with the randomly divided into observation group and control group with 39 cases in each group.All patients were given oral compound glycyrrhizin tablets,the observation group were treated on the basis of this clothing plus matrine tablet,with 30d as a course of continuous,3 courses of treatment,were observed before and after treatment in two groups of patients with liver function changes in various indices,and during treatment in two groups of patients with adverse reactions to difference.Results:Compared with before treatment,two groups of patients with liver function indexes were improved to different degree,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The observation group were improved obviously in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Two groups of patients the incidence of adverse reactions compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound glycyrrhizin with matrine combined treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis,can get more satisfactory clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions of relatively minor.
