| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨彩色多普勒血流显像在椎动脉型颈椎病中的临床诊断价值。方法：用二维彩超观察239例病人的椎动脉，结合颈椎X光片进行检查分析。结果：239例病人中经超声检查出椎动脉内-中膜增厚者158例，椎动脉狭窄者88例，椎动脉粥样变6例，239例病人行常规X片检查均有不同程度的退行性改变。结论：该项检查方便、无创、定位准确、检出率可达90％以上。本型颈椎病主要引起头痛症状，故又称上行性颈椎病，并易与多种引起头痛的疾患相混淆，彩超对椎动脉病变的诊断在定位定性上均有较高的临床价值。
