左半结肠癌伴急性肠梗阻一期手术的治疗

目的:探讨左半结肠癌伴急性肠梗阻一期切除应用吻合器吻合术的可行性及临床效果。方法:对89例左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻行一期切除吻合器吻合的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组89例患者一期切除吻合器吻合术均获得成功,无吻合口漏及死亡病例。术后出现并发症21例,发生率23.6%,包括肺部感染6例,切口感染15例,均经对症处理后痊愈。结论:左半结肠癌伴急性肠梗阻患者,采用吻合器行一期肠切除吻合安全可行。

One-stage Surgical Treatment of Left Colonic Carcinoma With Acute Intestinal Obstruction

Objective:To discuss left colonic carcinoma resection with acute obstruction in one-stage application of anastomosis technique feasibility and clinical effects.Methods:With 89·patients with acute obstruction caused by left colonic carcinoma resection anastomosis a clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The group of 89 patients a resection and anastomosis were stapled to be successful,and no anastomotic leakage and mortality.Postoperative complications in 21 cases,the incidence of 23.6%,including 6 cases of lung infection,wound infection,15 cases.All were cured after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:Left colonic carcinoma of patients with acute obstruction,adoption of anastomosis one-stage colon resection and anastomosis is safe and feasible.
