摘    要:目的:探讨不同工艺菌栀黄注射液对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:以5种不同工艺的茵栀黄注射液为样品对小鼠进行静脉注射,在用四氯化碳大豆油溶液造成小鼠急性肝损伤模型后,取血测定血清ALT、AST活性。结果:实验组均可降低小鼠血清ALT和AST,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.001),其中茵陈提取总黄酮,水提醇沉制得金银花提取物,配液后超滤或者加壳聚糖澄清,这两种工艺药效增强且稳定可控。结论:茵陈提取总黄酮,水提醇沉制得金银花提取物,配液后超滤或者加壳聚糖澄清,这两种工艺对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用要优于部颁药品标准的工艺。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Yinzhihuang Injection prepared by different techniques on acute liver injury in mice.Methods:The mice were given Yinzhihuang injection prepared by five different techniques intravenously.After the model of acute liver injury in mice was made by carbon tetrachloride in soybean oil,blood serum was separated to be determined the activities of ALT and AST.Results; Compared with the model,all experimental groups could decrease the activities of serum ALT and AST(P<0.001).Of which extracting total fiavonoids from Artemisiae capillaris,getting Lonicera japonica Thum extracts by water extraction and alcohol precipitation process,after matching liquid,clarifying the injection by ultra-filtration or adding chitosan,both techniques could enhance the efficacy.Both are stable and controllable. Conclusion:Extracting total flavonoids from Artemisiae capillaris,getting Lonicera japonica Thum extracts by water extraction and alcohol precipitation process,after matching liquid,clarifying the injection by ultra-filtration or adding chitosan,the protective effects of both techniques were superior to the original technique in Ministry pharmaceutical standards.
