胎儿心轴异常与心脏结构异常相关性的初步探讨

目的:探讨胎儿心轴异常与心脏结构异常相关性的初步探讨.方法:研究对象为2008年4月至2010年12月门诊就诊及住院孕妇,胎龄在18～40周的胎儿.单纯随机选取胎儿心脏结构异常组和胎儿心脏正常组作对照.结果:心脏结构正常组胎儿均为左侧心轴,心轴平均角度分布(41.04±8.13)°.心脏结构异常患者中24例为左侧心轴,心轴平均角度分布(41.04±8.13)°,两组患者左侧心轴角度比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:心脏结构异常胎儿其心轴发生异常的概率明显升高,两者之间存在明显的相关关系.

Abnormalities and Cardiac Structural Abnormalities of the Preliminary Study of FetalCardiac Axis
