| 摘 要： | 目的：观察血栓烷合成酶抑制剂齐铭雷奥治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效和不良反应。方法：62例ACI患者分为治疗组30例和对照组32例。治疗组静脉滴注齐铭雷奥80ms，2次／日；对照组静滴刺五加60ml，1次／日；疗程均为14天。结果：治疗组总有效率93．3％，明显高于对照组的65．3％（P〈0.01）.治疗组血小板聚集率、神经功能缺损程度评分和Barthel日常生活能力指数改变亦均优于对照组（均P〈0.01）。结论：齐铭雷奥可以作为治疗急性脑梗塞的有效药物，为错过了发病早期溶栓最佳时机的患者提供一个新的治疗方法。
