233例剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物应用情况分析

目的:了解本院剖宫产患者围手术期抗菌药物应用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对本院2006年9～11月份233例剖宫产患者抗菌药物应用情况进行统计分析。结果:97.85%的孕妇围手术期使用了抗菌药物,使用频率最高的药物为青霉素和头孢拉定;49.36%术前2h以上用药,85.41%术后用药时间超过48 h,69.10%术中加用一剂抗菌药物,58.37%围手术期使用了3种及3种以上的抗菌药物;使用抗菌药物种数及不同的给药方案,对术后最高体温、最高WBC计数、总住院天数、术后住院天数、总住院费用及西药总费用等指标均无显著性影响。结论:本院剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用存在不合理之处,应按照围手术期抗菌药物应用原则加以干预。

Analysis of the Usage of Antibiotics for the Patients with c-sect in Hospital

Objective:To investigate the perioperative use of anti-infeetives in patients with c-sect so as to provide refer- ences for rational administration of drugs in the clinic.Methods:233 cases were retrieved from c-sect patients discharged from our hospital during Sep.to Nov.2006,whose data were subjected to statistical analysis.Results:97. 85% cases were given antibioticals,most of which were penicillin and cefradine;49.36% cases were given antibioticals 2 h before operation, 85.41% cases were given antihioties for more than 48 h,69.10% cases were added one dose during the operation,and 58.37% eases used three or more antibioticals.Conclusion:Prophylactic antibiotics usage during perioperative period existed some problems and standardized administration needs to be strengthened.
