| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对小儿病毒性心肌炎的诊断中血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ的价值。方法:将2009年1月-2010年3月于我院进行治疗的病毒性心肌炎患儿共70例,测定血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ和CK-MB的水平,采用维护重要脏器、对症治疗、营养心肌以及抗病毒治疗后,再次测定血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ和CK-MB水平,对比治疗前后的差异。结果:治疗后的CK-MB和血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ水平均低于治疗前,且在评价心肌损伤的敏感度、特异性方面,CK-MB不如血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ。结论:病毒性心肌炎患儿的心肌损伤程度可通过血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ水平体现,是小儿病毒性心肌炎的主要诊断指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:Search the value of serum calcium muscle protein Ⅰ to infantile viral myocarditis.Methods:Select 70 cases of infantile viral myocarditis.Assay the CK-MB and serum calcium muscle protein Ⅰ level.After comprehensive treatment,assay the CKMB and cTnI again.Compare the difference between before and after treatment.Results:CK-MB and cTnI after treatment were less than before treatment.And according to evaluation of the sensitivity and specific aspects of the myocardial injury,cTnⅠ was better than CK-MB.Conclusion:Viral myocarditis myocardial damage degree of children by serum ctni levels reflect,is children of the viral myocarditis main diagnostic indices. |
