| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨用全自动分析仪测定ALT、AST结果与实际不符的原因和解决办法。方法：迈瑞300全自动分析仪速率法检测ALT、AST。结果：有一些ALT、AST测定值太低甚至为零，经过稀释后其结果与稀释前相差很大。结论：遇到过低的结果寻找原因，查看曲线避免报告结果与临床不符。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the causes and solutions on inconsistence between results from automatic analyzer ALT,AST and the actual reality.Methods:To examine ALT,AST with Mairui 300 automatic analyst by rate detecting method.Results:Some values by ALT,AST are too low or even zero.There is great difference between before and after dilution.Conclusion:If the value is too low, reasons shall be checked.It is necessary to check the curves and to avoid inconsistence between the report and the clinical situation. |
