吸烟对钙拮抗剂致牙龈增生的牙周非手术治疗的影响

目的研究吸烟对钙拮抗剂致牙龈增生的牙周非手术治疗的影响。方法对18例因钙拮抗剂致牙龈增生患者进行牙周非手术治疗,分别选取吸烟组(58个位点)与非吸烟组(46个位点)患者的多个位点观察菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈增生指数(GO)、附着丧失(AL)和探诊深度(probing depth,PD),分析吸烟对治疗效果的影响。结果治疗前,吸烟组SBI明显小于非吸烟组(P<0.05),PD、PLI、GO、AL的差异无统计学意义;治疗后,吸烟组与非吸烟组PLI、PD、SBI较治疗前均有减少,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);未吸烟组的改变量明显高于吸烟组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非吸烟组钙拮抗剂致牙龈增生患者的牙周非手术治疗效果好于吸烟组。

The influence of smoking to periodontal non-surgical therapy of gingival overgrowth due to calcium channel blockers

Objective To study the influence of smoking to periodontal non-surgical therapy of gingival overgrowth due to calcium channel blockers.Methods In 18 cases of gingival overgrowth due to calcium channel blockers by periodontal non-surgical therapy,patients were divided into smoking group(58 sites)and non-smoking group(46 sites).Many sites of patients were recorded:plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),and gingival overgrowth index(GO),attachment loss(AL)and probing depth(PD).The effects of smoking were analyzed.Results Before treatment,SBI in smoking group were obviously less than those in non-smoking group(P<0.05),the differences of PD,PLI,GO,AL were statistically significant.After treatment,PLI,PD,SBI in smoking and non-smoking group were much more reduced than before,and it had a statistically significant(P<0.05).The changing quantities in non-smoking group were obviously higher than that in smoking group,and it had a statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To patients with calcium antagonists gingival overgrowth,the effect of periodontal non-surgical therapy in the non-smoking group was better than that in smoking group.
