| 摘 要： | 目的:评价64排多层螺旋CT在冠心病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:选择2005年8月-2006年5月共21例经过冠脉造影病人的67支血管分为185个节段,以冠脉造影结果为金标准,将其CT影像与冠脉造影结果进行对比分析。结果:三维重建64排CT血管造影(CTA)诊断冠状动脉病变总的敏感性(Sn)95.5%,特异性(Sp)96.6%,准确度(Ac)96.2%,阳性预测值( PV)94.1%,阴性预测值(-PV)97.4%。结论:64排多层螺旋CT做为无创的筛查冠心病的手段,其结果可靠,应予推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of 64 MSCT in diagnose for CAD.Methods:To select 21 patients form Aug 2005 to May 2006,67 vessels divided into 185 segment,and contrast analyze the results of 64 MSCT and CAG.Results:As well as CAG is the golden standard,the sensitivity for CAD diagnose was 95.5%,specificity 96.6%,accuracy 96.2%,positive predictive value 94.1%,and negative predictive value 97.4%.Conclusion:As the non-intervention diagnoses method in CAD,the results of 64 MSCT was credible and should be popularized. |
