纤维分体桩超瓷高嵌体修复过短磨牙残根残冠的临床研究

摘    要:目的评价纤维分体桩超瓷高嵌体修复过短磨牙残根残冠的临床效果。方法随机选择78颗经完善根管治疗的牙A间距离过短(〈3mm)磨牙残根残冠,采用纤维分体桩超瓷高嵌体进行修复。结果修复后3、6和18个月,有70颗牙可行使正常功能,无基牙松动或根折。结论应用纤维分体桩超瓷高嵌体修复牙A间距离过短磨牙残根残冠可恢复其正常功能,并获得良好的固位,是一种较好的修复方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate clinical effect of fiber fission post SR Adoro onlay in the restoration of residual root and crown of molars with low occlusal gingival distance. Methods Fiber fission post SR Adoro onlay were used to restore molars with short crown(n= 78) ,low occlusal gingival height((3 mm),the clinical effects were evaluated after 3,6,12and 18 months refer to the Modified United States Public Health Service (USPHS) Criteria. Results 3, 6, 12 and 18 months after restoration, 70 prosthesis had normal function, without tooth mobility or root fracture. Conclusion Fiber fission post SR Adoro onlay was feasible for the restoration of residual root and crown of molars with low occlusal gingival distance.
