彩色多普勒对颈椎病患者椎动脉的观测

目的：探讨颈椎病患者椎动脉的彩色多普勤的血流参数改变。方法：采用美国产Ａｐｏｇｇ－８００型彩色多普勤显像仪，对３４例颈椎病患者和３０例健康人左、右侧椎动脉的内径、走行、收缩期血流速度和血流阻力指数进行观测。结果：颈椎病患者左、右侧颈椎动脉内径较健康者窄，血流阻力指数较健康者高。椎动脉收缩期血流速度在颈椎病患者与健康者之间则不存在明显差异，且３４例患者中有１７．６％出现走行迂曲，而健康者无一例出现。结论：颈椎动脉内径、血流阻力指数及走行可作为颈椎病的监控指标。

Color Doppler detection of vertebral artery in cervical vertebral disease

Objective:To investigate the changes of blood flow parameters of vertebral artery of cervical vertebral disease.Methods:Using Apogg-800 type Color Doppler Folwing Image (CDFI),thirty-four cases of cervical vertebral diseases and thirty normal persons were studied for examining the vertebral artery diameter,blood flow Vmax,and resistant index (RI).Results:The diameter of left and right cervical vertebral arteries of patients with cervical vertebral disease was thinner than that of normal persons.The blood flow Vmax was not quantitatively different between the cervical vertebral diseases and the normal persons.The vertebral arteries of 17 6% of thirty-four cases of cervical vertebral diseases incurved but these of the normal persons did not.Conclusions:The cervical vertebral arterial diameter,blood flow resistant index and incurvated image may be supervising index fox the cervical vertebral disease.
