腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床研究

目的分析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果,提高临床诊治效率。方法分析2010年1月至2011年6月我院采用腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剔除术的126例患者的临床资料,并与以往采用开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的126例患者为对照组,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、手术并发症发生率、术后排气时间、住院时间以及治疗费用的差异,术后随访6个月,统计两组患者生理功能恢复情况及患者满意度。结果两组患者手术时间、术中出血量组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是观察组患者术后排气时间、住院时间、并发症发生率均低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者满意度高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术具有术后恢复快、并发症发生率低、患者满意度高等优点,值得临床推广。

Clinical research of laparoscopic myomectomy

Objective To analyze clinical treatment effect of laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 126patients with laparoscopic myomectomy from January 2010to June 2011,were compared with 126cases with sigmoidectomy myomectomy in operation time,bleeding during operation,surgical complications,exhausting time after operation,the time in hospital and the cost of treatment,follow-up of 6months,physiological function recovery and degree of satisfaction of patients in two groups were counted.Results Operation time,bleeding during operation in two groups were statistically significant(P>0.05),but the exhaust time,time in hospital,complications in observation group were lower than that in the control group,degree of satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in control group,difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy has advantages of lower postoperative reactions and complication rate,higher degree of satisfaction,and be worthy of clinical promotion.
