COX-2、bcl-2和PCNA在前列腺癌中的表达及其意义

目的探讨COX-2、bcl-2和PCNA与前列腺癌(PCa)生物学行为的关系。方法采用SP免疫组织化学法分别检测12例良性前列腺增生(BPH)和70例PCa标本中COX-2、bcl-2的表达。结果BPH和PCa组织中COX-2阳性率分别为8.33%和61.43%,PCa组织的COX-2、bcl-2和PCNA的表达明显高于BPH(P<0.05),且在PCa组织中COX-2、bcl-2和PCNA的表达随肿瘤分化程度降低和临床分期的增高而上调,转移组明显高于非转移组(P<0.05),bcl-2、PCNA在PCa中的表达与COX-2的表达之间存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论COX-2的异常表达与PCa的生物学行为密切相关,COX-2可能通过促进前列腺细胞增殖和抑制细胞凋亡在PCa的发生过程中发挥重要作用。

Expressions of COX-2, bcl-2 and PCNA in Prostatic Carcinoma and Their Significance

Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of COX-2, bcl-2 and PCNA protein clinicopathological behaior in prostatic carcinoma (PCa). Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to evaluate the positivity of COX-2, bcl-2 and PCNA in 12 cases of benign pro-static hyperplasia(BPH) and 70 cases of PCa. Results The percentage of COX-2 protein positive expression was 8.33% in BPH but 61.43% in PCa.The positive stain of COX-2, bcl-2 and PCNA protein in PCa is significantly higher than that in BPH (P < 0.05). Positivity rate for COX-2, bcl-2 and PCNA was significantly up-regulated with the decrease of the tumor cell nuclear grade and the increase of the clinical stage (P<0.05). The positive expression of COX-2, bcl-2 and PCNA in the group of metastasis increased significantly (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The over expression of COX-2 might be related closely to the biological behaior of human PCa, both high proliferation and low apoptosis rates induced by COX-2 might play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of PCa.
