| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨p63蛋白在喉鳞癌发生、发展中的作用与意义。方法 采用免疫组化S-P法检测50例喉鳞癌组织中p63、p53的表达。结果 (1)50例喉癌组织中有46例p63阳性表达,阳性率92％;42例p53阳性表达,阳性率84％。(2)在喉癌组织中,p63与临床分期相关(r=-0.338,P<0.05),p63表达与p53表达之间的关系无统计学意义。结论 (1)p63高表达的肿瘤恶性度相对较低。(2)p63与喉鳞状细胞癌的细胞分化发展关系密切。(3)p63对鳞状细胞癌具有特异性标记作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role and significance of p63 gene in occurance and development in laryngeal squamous carcinoma. Methods The expression of p63 and p53 protein in 50 cases of laryngeal squamous carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical S- P method. Results (1)The positive expression proportion of p63 and p53 proteins in the 50 cases of laryngeal squamous carcinoma was 92% and 84% . (2)The expression of p63 correlated with clinical stages. There is not any statistical significance between expression of p63 and p53. Conclusion (1) The higher expression of p63 means the lower malignance of laryngeal squamous carcinoma. (2)p63 is closely concerned with the differentiation and expression of laryngeal squamous carcinoma. (3)p63 gene is distinctive symbol of laryngeal squamous carcinoma. |
