摘    要:目的探讨表阿霉素(EPI)诱导肝癌细胞与乳腺癌细胞凋亡的作用,为临床治疗提供依据。方法采用流式细胞术、形态学方法观察EPI对肝癌细胞SMMC-7721与乳腺癌细胞MD-231的促凋亡作用。结果EPI在体外诱导SMMC-7721和MD-231细胞凋亡,经激光共聚焦显微镜检测,细胞呈现典型的凋亡形态特征;流式细胞术分析显示EPI(10μg/ml)作用两种细胞12h后,S期细胞明显增加,与对照组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01),表明细胞阻滞于S期。结论EPI具有诱导肝癌细胞和乳腺癌细胞凋亡的作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Epirubicin on SMMC-7721 cells and MD-231 cells in vitro. Methods Cell morphology, lazer scanning confocal microscope and flow cytometer were used to observe the effect of Epirubicin on these two cells. Results Apoptosis was deteced by a lazer scan- ning confocal microscope, two cells both exhibited typical change of apoptosis when they were treated with Epirubicin(10μg/ml). Cell cycle analysis reavealed that the cells were arrested at S phase(P〈0.01). Conclusion Epirubicin can induce apoptosis of SMMC-7721 cells and MD-231 cells.
