摘    要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血和尿t-PA及PAI-1浓度的变化,了解它们在糖尿病血管病变中的变化及其临床意义。方法根据尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)将37例2型糖尿病患者分为两组:正常白蛋白尿组(DM)17例,微量白蛋白尿组(DN)20例。另取正常键康者20例作为对照组。用ELISA法分别检测3组的血浆和尿液t—PA及PAI-1浓度。结果尿液中t-PA浓度在正常白蛋白尿组低于正常对照组(P〈0.05);微量白蛋白尿组明显低于正常对照组(P〈0.01)。结论尿液中t-PA浓度较血浆浓度更能反映中糖尿病的肾脏血管病变。

Abstract:Objective To measure the plasma and urine levels of t-PA and PAI-1 in type 2 diabetes mellitus and to study their clinical significance.Method Thirty seven patients with 2DM were divided into two groups on the basis of their urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER): nomalalbuminuria(DM,17),microalbuminuria(DN,20).ELISA method was used to detect the plasma and urine levels of t-PA and PAI-1.Result The urine levels of t-PA were lower in DM than in the control group(P<0.05).The urine levels of t-PA in DN were significant lower than that in the control group(P<(0.01)).Conclusion The levels of t-PA in urine are more sensitive to reflect the condition of 2DM than those in plasma.
