| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乳腺癌改良根治术同时应用下腹部横形腹直肌肌皮瓣（TRAM）进行乳房再造的术式。方法 自2000年10月至2005年1月，对10例行保留乳头、乳晕的乳腺癌改良根治术患者，同时应用TRAM进行乳房再造。结果 手术均获成功，无手术并发症，再造乳房形态良好。结论 保留乳头、乳晕的乳腺癌改良根治术同时行TRAM乳房再造安全可行，能同时满足肿瘤治疗和形体美容两方面的要求。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore technique of modified redical mastectomy with an operation of reserving nipple with transverse rectus abdominis myocutaneous flap(TRAM) combining with breast reconsturction.Methods From October,2000 to January,2005,10 patients were perfomed modified radical mastectomy combining with breast reconstruction with TRAM.Results All patients were treated successfully.The morphology of reconstructed breasts was excellent. Conclusion Modified radical mastectomy combined with breast reconstruction with TRAM is safe and effective.It can meet the requirements of tumour treatment and shape beauty. |
