扩髓的带锁髓内钉治疗复杂的粉碎性股骨干骨折

采用扩髓的带锁髓内钉治疗16例复杂的粉碎性股骨干骨折，平均随访归个月，结果16例骨折全部愈合，下肢功能良好，其中1例因过早负重导致短缩畸形。认为扩髓的带锁髓内钉治疗具有创伤小、出血少、固定牢靠、能早期活动、促进骨折愈合等特点。适合复杂的粉碎性骨折的治疗。

Complex and Comminuted Fractures of Femoral Shaft Treated with a Reamed Intramedully Interlocking nail.

Twenty-six complex and comminuted femeral Shaft fractures treated with a reamed intrmedully interlacking nailwere reviwed. All of cases were colsed fracture. Twenty -five patients were followed up for an average of 18 months(range 16 to 20 months) and all healed up well. Shortening was noted in one patient because of early ambulation. Allpatient had a good function similar to the health side. The authors concluded that the reamed interloking intramedullargnail is indicated only for the complex and comminuted fractures of fernoral snaft. As a new technique, interlocking nailhas the advantages of litter trauma, less blood loss and early exercise.
