| 摘 要： | 目的 报告应用主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）治疗术后危重心脏病患者的疗效。方法 对12例心脏手术后并发心源性休克及低心排的患者应用IABP治疗。其中双瓣置换术2例，二尖瓣置换加冠状动脉搭桥术1例，单纯冠状动脉搭桥术8例，冠状动脉搭桥术加左室室壁瘤切除重建术1例。结果 8例顺利脱离IABP，成功率为66．7％（8／12）。结论 IABP是抢救重心脏病患者的有效措施，对危重心脏病有适应证者应及早使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To report the clinical results of intraaortic balloon counterpulsation(IABP) in application for critical patient after heart surgery.Methods Twelve patients with cardiogenic shock or low cardiac output syndrome after heart surgery were treated with IABP.Those patients included double valve replacement, mitral valve replacement combined with coronary artery bypass grafting, coronary artery bypass grafting, coronary artery bypass grafting combined with repair of left ventricular aneurysm.Results IABP support was successfully withdrawn in 8 patients. The survival rate of patients was 66.7%(8/12).Conclusion IABP is an effective procedure for critical patient after heart surgery, if critical heart patients have indications, we should apply IABP early. |
