| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨MRI成像技术评价存活心肌的价值。方法 采用磁化准备梯度回波 (TurboFLASH)序列行MR心肌灌注成像 ,绘制并分析心肌信号强度 -时间曲线。结果 2 4例受检者的图像均清晰显示心肌状况 ,正常心肌和病变心肌在信号强度—时间曲线上有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 使用TurboFLASH序列行MR心肌灌注成像有助于评价存活心肌的情况。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate MRI technique in terms of the vible myocardium.Methods With turbo fast-low-angle-shot (Turbo FLASH)sequence,Gd-DTPA enhanced myocardial perfusion imagings were performed,signal intensity-time curves of ventricle walls were drawn and analyzed.Result In 24 cases of myocardial perfusion,all images had clearly demonstrated myocardium,there were significant differences in signal intensity-time curves between ischemic myocardium and normal.Conclusion Turbo Flash myocardium MRI is helpful to assess the condition of vible myocardium. |
